What amazing customer service! We had a little schedule mixup, but I really wanted to get my carpets cleaned that day, they went above and beyond to get a technician out to me even recommending and providing the information for another company, but were able to get a technician out to me right away anyways. The communication was excellent. Mrs. Sherry was extremely polite and helpful. I haven’t seen that kind of customer service in years. The technician was also very kind, professional, and fast.
