Our History
Bob Reynolds launched J&S Steamway in 1976, and it soon became his life’s pride and passion, as he built it into the successful carpet, rug, and upholstery cleaning company of today. In 2014, when Bob decided to retire, he hand-picked Thermax Carpet Care owners Troy Roberts and Paul Farrell to purchase J&S Steamway, recognizing their commitment to excellence and dedication to customer service.
