They did an excellent job cleaning my wool rug that I accidentally left outside. I was worried I was going to have to toss it due to it smelling musky it came back better with no smell.

What amazing customer service! We had a little schedule mixup, but I really wanted to get my carpets cleaned that day, they went above and beyond to get a technician out to me even recommending and providing the information for another company, but were able to get a technician out to me right away anyways. The communication was excellent. Mrs. Sherry was extremely polite and helpful. I haven’t seen that kind of customer service in years. The technician was also very kind, professional, and fast. The price was great, they didn’t charge extra for fuel surcharge or pet stains and the carpets looked and smelled great. I would definitely recommend them.
